Chad has nearly two decades’ worth of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and advertising cross-platform. His experience in radio and television advertising led to him attending the Audio-Visual Communications program at Grant MacEwan University. Chad founded Safe Ride in 2004, an alternative driving company dedicated to providing a safe alternative to impaired driving. He later sold this company for a profit. Currently, Chad is partner to an award winning media agency and has built a strong network of high net worth clientele.
The Director / Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the organization and serving as a key decision maker. The role extends to mapping out and executing the Company’s marketing and advertising strategies. This includes market research, overseeing communications, establishing proper messaging, and public relations.
Mike has been working in the oil and gas sector internationally for 18 years, working his way up through the chain of command to management. Mike is a developer of people and currently heads up the continuous improvement team with Magnum Cementing Services. His project management skills assist the team in executing multi-million-dollar projects in the oil and gas industry. Mike’s ability to effectively communicate vital processes and procedures makes him a critical asset to the company.
The Director is responsible for co-managing the organization and serving as a key decision maker. The role extends to managing projects and ensuring the Company’s overarching operational goals and ensuring benchmarks are met at each level of the Company. This includes managing day-to-day operations and general development through all growth stages.
Erin has 20 years of experience in the sales industry, 15 of those years are with telecommunications. Prior to becoming an investor she launched and managed 15 branches in the Alberta market. Erin excels at managing teams and ensuring that they have the proper training to meet their full potential. Erin was given the opportunity to take leadership training courses through the Friedman Group. Following her graduation of this training, she then facilitated leadership courses with Alberta management teams. Her district successfully achieved top sales numbers nationally for four consecutive years.
As an investor, the role includes supporting and helping manage key efforts as they benefit the Company’s services and operations.
Kim is the administrator for One Nine Ventures & Self-Serve Inc. She has over 8 years of experience in customer service and administration roles. Kim graduated from the NAIT School of Business with a diploma in Business Management. This gave her a wide range of skills that are essential in carrying out vital administrative duties.
The Administrator is responsible for all record keeping, human resources and communications with accounting. As a Partner, the role includes supporting and helping manage key efforts as they benefit the Company’s services and operations.
